外洋航海の条件
3月 16日１級小型船舶操縦士免許の航行区域は無制限ですが、実際に外洋に出る場合にはいくつか条件があります。
１．乗船する船舶の航行区域が遠洋区域であること。
２．帆船以外の小型船舶にあっては、沿海区域の外側80海里（海岸から100海里）未満の水域以遠を航行する場合は、６級海技士（機関）以上の資格を受有する者を乗り組ませること。（船長が兼任できません）
